Know your rights and obligations under the law, and how it will affect you if you are faced with the dilemma of going through a short sale or foreclosure of your home.

You will receive a downloadable questionnaire in which you can provide me with the information that I need to analyze your situation and inform you of the tax and legal ramifications of a short sale or foreclosure (California Property Only).

When you have completed the questionnaire, it should be returned to my office via fax or email.  When it is received, you will be contacted by one of my assistants in order to set up an appointment (by phone or in office) with me.  The goal is to give you the information that you need in order to make an informed decision.

After the consultation, I will send a written report and opinion letter that you or your agent can use while negotiating a short sale.  Knowledge is strength, and the more you know, the less the lenders can use to try to scare you into agreeing to do something that is not required by law.
